Pav Bhaji Recipe in Best Easy Steps
Pav Bhaji is everyone’s favorite. You often eat it outside. If you want to learn to make it at home, then know the easy method of making it.
For how many people: 4 – 6
Time: 15 to 30 minutes
Finely chopped green capsicum – 40 grams
Shredded Carrot – 40 grams
Chopped Cabbage – 40 grams
Chopped Onion – 50 grams
Ginger-garlic paste – 50 grams
White butter – 80 grams
Chopped fresh beans – 40 grams
Chopped ginger – 5 grams
Green peas – 50 grams
salt to taste
Pav Bhaji Masala – 2 tsp
Chopped green chili – 8
Chopped coriander – 5 grams
Finely chopped tomatoes – 150 grams
Fresh tomato puree – 150 grams
Whole cumin seeds – one teaspoon
Boiled Mashed Potatoes-2
Round chopped onions – 2
Butter 100 grams
Lemon cut – 4 nos
How To Make Pav Bhaji Recipe
Put butter in a vessel and heat it.
When the butter starts melting, add cumin, onion, ginger and temper it.
After roasting for a minute, add ginger-garlic paste and fry it well.
When the paste becomes light brown, then add chili powder, coriander, and all green vegetables and cook it by mixing well.
After cooking for 10, add tomato puree and chopped tomatoes.
Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes. (Momos Recipe in Just 2 Min)
When the tomatoes become soft, add pav bhaji masala, salt and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes. Keep stirring it occasionally so that the vegetables do not stick to the bottom of the pot.
After the stipulated time, take the vessel off the flame and put green coriander on the bhaji.
Then heat the tawa on high flame. When it becomes hot, put some butter in it and bake the pav.
Take out the vegetables on a plate. Garnish it with lemon juice, butter, and onion and serve it with pav.
