Necessary Ingredients for Momos Recipe
Flour 1 bowl
Garlic ginger paste 1 tsp
Green chili 2 (finely chopped)
Green onion half bowl (finely chopped)
Carrot 1 (finely chopped)
Cabbage 1 cup (finely chopped)
Oil – 2 tbsp
salt to taste
How to make momos
To make momos, first, chop all the vegetables finely and keep them on separate plates. Now add flour, salt, and water as required in a bowl and knead the dough like a roti maker. When the dough is ready, apply some oil to it and keep it aside for 10 minutes so that it can set.
Now heat the pan on medium heat. So, When the pan is hot, add oil and add ginger garlic paste, and chopped green chilies, and fry for 1 minute. You need to add chopped onion, cabbage, and carrot to it and fry it on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes while mixing it with a spoon. Now add salt as per taste and mix well.
Then You Need to switch off the gas, When vegetables are cooked. Now make a peda with hands by breaking small balls from the dough of maida.
Then roll the peda into small puri size and add a small spoonful of vegetable stuffing. And seal it while lifting the edges or you can also make it with the help of a Modak maker.
Now heat 2 glasses of water in a Mug. When the water becomes hot, put a sieve on top and deposit the momos on the sieve. So, Now cover the plate over it and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
