200g Gram flour
salt to taste
3-4 Green chilies
1 tsp Ginger paste
2 tsp Lemon juice
3 tsp Eno
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard
1 tsp Green coriander
Recipe – How to make Dhokla Recipe
First of all, take a vessel and put gram flour, curd, salt, semolina, turmeric, asafoetida, etc. in it. Mix this mixture well and add some water to this mixture.
Now beat the whole batter well And Make Sure to beat the batter well, And there No ingredients are left unattended.
After doing this, keep the solution in one place.
Now take a pressure cooker and put the water in it on the gas for heating. Now take a baking dish, grease it with some ghee and keep it.
