Upside Down Caramel Custard Ingredients:1. 2 eggs 2. 2 glass milk 3. 5-6 spoon suger 4. vanilla essence 5. fruit bread(4-6 slices) 6. dry fruites 7. clain wrap
Caramel Custard Preparation:Take a mixing bowl beat the egg light and fluffy add suger milk again beat it for another 2-3 mintes take a baking bowl vanilla essence beat it 2-3 mintes.
Take a baking dish and arrange your bread pieces.
Sprinkle dry fruites on that pourd the mixture and covers it with cleaning film.
Reduce power level to 600hp cook for 10-12 mintes or till done and allow it to come to room temperature.
