Tomato egg curry
(Kodi guddu tomato curry/ muttai thakkali thokku)
(Easy and tasty south indian egg recipe)
Tomato egg curry ingredients:
1. Boiled eggs - 4
2. Onion - 1 chopped
3. Tomato - 1 chopped
4. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp or to taste
5. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
7. Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
8. Oil - 1/2 tbsp
9. Salt - to taste
10. Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Egg curry with tomato preparation:
Take a pan and heat with oil.
Then add mustard seeds.
When they start to crackle add chopped onions.
Saute till the onions become transparent.
Then add chopped tomatoes and salt.
Saute for 3-5 mins.
Then add chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
Saute for a min and add the boiled gees.
Fry for 5-10 mins and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Then remove from flame and serve your tomato egg curry with
Sambar rice
