Tofu Pudding
Tofu Pudding Ingredients:Grated Carrot - 500 gms Silken Tofu - 500 gms Cashew roasted and powdered - 1/4 cup Milk - 1/2 cup Sugar - 1/2 cup Orange essence - 1/2 tsp
Tofu Pudding Preparation:Cover and steam cook the grated carrots.
In the blender, blend together the tofu, powdered cashews and the milk.
Add this to the carrots when they are about half done. Mix well.
Add the sugar. Cover and cook for approximately half an hour.
Add the orange essence. Mix well.
Serve in orange cups.
