Tofu Corn Almond Gravy

Tofu Corn Almond Gravy Ingredients:

Tofu 1 cup, cut into square pieces
Corn kernels ˝ cup
Almond s 8-10
Cashews 8-10
Poppy seeds 1 tsp
Warm milk to soak cashews and poppy seeds
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Kitchen King 2 tbsp
Cream 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnish

Tofu and Corn in a sumptuous Almond Gravy Preparation:

Soak the almonds in water and peel the skin.

Blend the soaked almonds ,cashews and poppy seeds in a blender into a smooth paste.

In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the tofu pieces until they turn slightly brown.

Add the corn and continue stirring until corn looks slightly cooked.

Add the kitchen king masala and mix well.

When the tofu corn mixture turns nice brown add the alomond cashew paste to it and mix well.

If the gravy looks very thick add some water, salt to taste and continue cooking for 8-10 minutes until the sauce is of desired consistency.

Add the cream in the end and switch the gas immediately.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve warm with roti/ rice.

Tip:
Very simple yet elegant dish which can be made in a jiffy.

Any combination of vegetables can be used for this dish.

Anyone who desires the dish to be spicy can add chillies according to the taste.
