Tangy Egg Curry


Tangy Egg Curry Ingredients:

4 Eggs
3 medium size Tomatoes
2 chopped Onions
1/4 cup Green peas
5 Cloves
1 inch Cinnamon stick
2 Cardamom
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 Cilantro
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Oil

Tangy Egg Curry Preparation:

Heat oil. Add cloves cardomon and cinnamon stick.

Then add cumin seeds.

Add onions saute until they turn transparent.

Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt and chilly powder. Mix well and cover with lid.

Remove lid after 2 minutes and smash tomatoes.

Add coriander powder, garam masala powder and green peas.

Cover and cook until green peas become tender.

Break eggs into the above mixture.

Do not stir or shake the yolks and whites. Let them remain as it is.

Reduce the flame and cover with lid.

The eggs will cook thoroughly in about 10 minutes.

Remove and Garnish with Cilantro.
