Stir Fry Veggies

Stir Fry Veggies Ingredients:

Shredded Cabbage 1cup
Baby Corn ½ cup diagonally cut into slices
Tofu ½ cup cut into pieces
Salt, pepper As per taste
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp

Stir fry vegetables recipe preparation:

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add tofu to it.

Stir for few minutes until tofu starts to turn brown.

After that add the baby corn to it and stir for a couple of minutes.

Add salt and pepper as per your taste.

Stir properly until baby corn turn slightly soft.

Then add the cabbage. Mix well and immediately turn the gas off.

Cover the lid and let the cabbage cook in the steam.

When you are ready to serve open the lid toss in the lemon juice and serve immediately.

Tip:The feel of the cabbage should be crunchy.
You can also use red cabbage instead of white to add more colour to the salad.
