Shankar Poli Recipe


Shankar Poli Ingredients:

1 cup maida flour
dalda 50gms
powdered sugar as per taste
oil for deep frying

Shankar Poli Preparation:

Take a bowl and put dalda and smash nicely till it becomes smooth then pour maida and mix it nicely then pour little water and knead to a smooth dough and make chapaties in roller pin and cut them to diamond shape or square shape and deep fry in oil till turns to golden brown and take out and remove excess oil put in a bowl and sprinkle powdered sugar as required on it and keep it airtight container and serve as required.
