9. Garlic (2 small cloves,shredded)
10. Green chillies (2 small, finely chopped)

Pizza paratha preparation:

Make two thin crispy paranthas and keep them aside.

Take half teaspoon of oil to fry the shredded garlic cloves.

Once garlic is light brown, put off the gas and add chopped tomatoes, onion, capsicum, sweet corn and mushrooms.

Add tomato sauce, salt and green chillies to this mixture.

Put on the gas and place one parantha.

Spread one layer of cheese on it.

As the pan gets hot cheese will start melting on the parantha.

Spread layer of the mixture of topping on the half melted cheese and put another layer of cheese on it.

Put the second parantha on it.

Carefully flip the whole parantha pizza so that the top parantha comes on the bottom and cheese melts.

Once the cheese of both the paranthas melts it will stick to the filling of the topping and the paranthas.

Take off the parantha pizza from the pan and cut it into four equal pieces.

Enjoy the cheesy pizza with sauce.
