Pisang Goreng

(Banana Fritters)


Pisang Goreng Ingredients:

Eggs - 4
Plain flour - 100gms
Ripe banana - 4
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Oil - for frying

Banana Fritters Preparation:

Combine flour, sugar, salt, water, and egg yolk in a small bowl and stir until a smooth batter forms.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium fire. Dip the sliced Banana one by one into the batter and drop into the hot oil.

Fry in batches until golden brown and crispy.

Drain on absorbent paper and serve with hot tea or coffee.
