Pepper onion raitha
Pepper onion raitha ingredients:Pepper powder - 1 tsp Salt - to taste Chopped onion - 1 Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Broken urad dhal - 1/2 tsp Thick curd - 1 cup
Preparation:Heat a pan. Add 2 tsp of oil to temper mustard seeds and urad dhal.
Put onion, pepper powder, salt and saute' well for 3 mins.
Switch off the stove and mix with curd.
Goes well with chapathi and pooris.
