PAPPULU PODI
Pappula podi ingredients:1. Roasted split chick peas – ½ cup 2. Cumin seeds – ½ tsp 3. Garlic flakes – 2 4. Red chillies – 4 or to taste 5. Dry coconut powder – 2 tsp (optional) 6. Salt – to taste
Pappulu podi preparation:Grind all the ingredients to a fine powder in a mixer grinder.
Store in an air tight container.
Serve with plain white rice with ghee.
