PANIYARAM
SOUTH INDIAN SNACK RECIPE
Paniyaram ingredients:1. Idly batter – 1 cup 2. Onion – 1 finely chopped 3. Green chillies – 2 finely chopped 4. Ginger – small piece 5. Curry leaves – few chopped 6. Coriander leaves – few chopped 7. Oil - for deep frying
Paniyaram preparation:Mix the chopped onions, chopped green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves with Idly batter.
Heat a pan with oil.
Take a tablespoon of batter and drop it into the hot oil.
Fry until they turn into golden brown on all sides.
Remove from heat.
Drain all the excess of oil.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
