PANEER CORN KURMA

INDIAN VEG RECIPE

Paneer corn kurma ingredients:

1. Paneer – 15 cubes
2. Onion - 2 sliced
3. tomato – 2
4. Ginger garlic paste – 3 tsp
5. Tinned corn – 1 cup
6. Coconut milk – 1 cup
7. Chilli powder – 2 tsp
8. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
9. Cumin seeds powder – 1 tsp
10. Turmeric powder – ˝ tsp
11. Garam masala – 1 tsp
12. Cashew nuts – 10
13. Oil – 5 tbsp

Paneer corn kurma preparation:

Take a pan and heat with 1 tbsp oil and fry the paneer cubes till they turn into golden yellow colour.

Remove from heat and soak the fried paneer cubes in warm water for ˝ an hour.

Add the remaining oil in the same pan and heat.

Add the chopped onions and sauté till they turn to golden yellow colour.

Then add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.

Sauté till the raw smell disappears.

Now add Chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder.

Sauté for few mins.

Then add the corn and 2 cups of water.

Cover with a lid and cook till the gravy becomes thick.

Now add the paneer cubes and cover with a lid and again cook for 5 mins.

Then add the garam masala and coriander leaves.

Finally add cream and remove from the stove.

Paneer corn kurma is ready.

Serve with roti or rice.
