Onion vadai ingredientstoor dhal-1/2cup channa dhal-1/2cup udar dhal-1tsp red chilli-5/6 salt-to taste curry leaves onion-1 oil to fry onion vadai preparation1.Soak all dhals together for 1hour. 2.Grind the dhal,red chilli, salt, curry leaves such that the paste is coarse. 3.cut the onion into small pieces. 4.mix the onion with the grinded paste. 5.shape the paste on your palm and deep fry the vada.
