Curry (from Tamil Kari) is the description of any of a general variety of spiced dishes best known in Indian cuisines.

As the name itself suggest non veg curries are made with meat and sea food.

Curry as a secondary dish usually served with rice. This stew is used to mix with rice to give flavour and taste to the rice eating experience.

Curry looks like a spicy stew usually dark in colour made with spices including curry powder, curry leaves, tamarind, coriander, chilli powder, pepper, cloves etc. Curry powder is available off shelf or prepared with the combination of various spices and used while make curry.



Lamb vindaloo curry and hot madras curry are famous curries well know around the world.

Generally non vegetarian curry is revolving around the meat varieties (chicken, lamb, and goat) and seafood varieties. Vegetables are also used as a combination in some cases.

Compared to the vegans the choices of non veg curries are limited.
