Curry (from Tamil Kari) is the description of any of a general variety of spiced dishes best known in Indian cuisines.
As the name itself suggest non veg curries are made with meat and sea food.

Generally non vegetarian curry is revolving around the meat varieties (chicken, lamb, and goat) and seafood varieties. Vegetables are also used as a combination in some cases.
Compared to the vegans the choices of non veg curries are limited.
