Malaysian glutinous rice pudding recipe
Glutinous rice pudding Ingredients:100gm Black glutinous rice 250gm Sugar 160ml Water 300ml Thick coconut milk 200ml Thin coconut milk 1 Pandan leaf 1 pinch of salt
For Decoration:Thick coconut milk
Malaysian glutinous rice pudding preparation:Boil black glutinous rice until soft and keep aside.
Boil sugar, water and pandan leaf together.
Add salt, thick and thin coconut milk to the sugar syrup.
Let it boil for 10 minutes.
Add cooked glutinous rice to the mixture.
Stir to combine. Drizzle thick coconut milk on glutinous rice. Serve hot or cold.
