Fried Bitter Gourd

(Indian vegetable stir fry recipe)

Fried bitter gourd ingredients:

3-4 Bitter gourds
Mirch masala Powder (Red)
Turmeric Powder
Vinegar or Imlee (tamarind)
Chana Dal Powder
Oil
Salt to Taste

Preparation:

Cut the bitter gourds in thin round shapes as you cut the potato for making bhajis.

Add salt in it and keep aside for some time.

After 10 mins wash it with water.

Then add red masala powder, turmeric, Vinegar or Imlee liquid, Chana dal powder and salt and mix it all well.

Keep aside for next 15 mins.

Now take a pan, add oil. Place the bitter gourds on the pan and fry it.

Serve hot and enjoy the taste.
