Easy vada
(south indian snack recipe)
Easy vada preparation:Make chickpeas flour. Make the ground nuts half powder.
Mix ground nut powder and chickpeas with required quantity of water and salt.
Add curry leaves, chilli powder and mix well.
Heat a pan with oil and slowly leave the round shape vada in hot oil and deep fry on both sides till they turn into nice golden brown colour.
Remove from oil and serve hot your eay and tasty vada.
