EASY PAL PAYASAM OR MILK KHEER
INDIAN DESSERT RECIPE
Easy pal payasam ingredients:1. Rice – ½ cup 2. Milk – 2 litters 3. Sugar – 1 cup 4. Cardamom powder – a pinch 5. Cashew nuts - 10 6. Kismis – 10 7. Badam - 4 (optional) 8. Pista - 4 (optional)
Pal Payasam Preparation Preparation:Clean and wash the rice.
Pressures cook the rice with milk and water.
Pressure cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
Then remove from the stove and leave it for 10 mins restly.
Then remove the lid and pour it in the serving bowl.
Finally garnish with cardamom powder, cashew nuts and kismis.
Pal payasam is ready.
Serve hot.
Note:
Roast the cashew nuts, pista, badam and kismis in 1 tsp of ghee.
Then broken into small pieces.
Fry the cardamoms in 1 tsp of ghee .
Then powder it.
