Coconut pulav
Coconut pulav ingredients:1. Coconut -- 1(finely grinded with 2 greenchilly & water) 2. Potato -- 2 3. Carrot -- 2 4. Beans -- 8 5. Peas -- 1 cup 6. Onion -- 2 7. Basmati rice -- 2 cup 8. Bay leaf -- 1 9. Clove -- 4 10.Cardomom -- 4 11.Cinnamon -- 2 12.Mix of oil n Ghee -- 3tblspoon
Coconut pulov preparation method:In a pan, heat oil n ghee together n add the masala items.
Fry for few seconds and add onion to it.
When the onion turns transparent,add vegetables one-by-one.
Cook the vegetables finely.
Once the vegetables are half cooked add salt & grounded coconut chilly mixture to it.
Cook well and finally add soaked rice to it.
Cook for another 5 min n transfer this to cooker.
Pressure cook for another 3-4min.
Your Coconut pulav is ready and serve this with spicy masala.
Note:You can even cook with Coconut milk instead of finely grounded coconut.
