Chicken Pepper Fry
Chicken Pepper Fry Ingredients:500gms chicken small pieces 1 tbsp curry leaves 3 onion, medium sized-chopped 4 tsp freshly ground black pepper 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp turmeric powder salt to taste
Pepper Chicken Fry Preparation:Boil chicken in a vessel by adding ginger garlic paste, turmeric and salt.
When the chicken is cooked drain the water and collect it in another bowl.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped curry leaves, onions and pepper powder and fry for 2 mins.
Add the collected chicken stock water to it.
Heat until its dry then add the chicken pieces and stir.
Keep on a low flame for about 3 mins.
Serve hot.
