Chicken Malai Curry

Simple and tasty malai chicken curry

CHICKEN MALAI CURRY INGREDIENTS :-

1. RAW CHICKEN 500 GMS
2. GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 3 Tsp
3. GREEN CHILLES - 4
4. ONION PASTE - (1 ONION)
5. ONION - 1 LENGTHWISE CHOPPED
6. TOMATO PUREE - 2 Tsp
7. TOMATO 1 FINELY CHOPPED
8. RED CHILLY POWDER - 1Tsp
9. CASHEW NUTS - 5
10. OIL - 8 Tsp
11. BUTTER - 2 Tsp
12. CREAM MILK - 2 Tsp
13. GARAM MASALA - 2 Tsp
14. TERMIC POWDER - 1 Tsp
15. SALT - (FOR TASTE)

CHICEKN MALAI CURRY PREPARATION:

CLEAN THE RAW CHICKEN AND KEEP ASIDE TILL WATER IS DRAIN.

HEAT THE PAN WITH OIL AND ADD CHICKEN TILL IT BECOME BROWN IN COLOUR. THEN KEEP A SIDE.

TAKE A DEEP VESSEL AND HEAT WITH OIL THEN ADD CASHEW NUTS, CHOPPED ONION AND STIR. KEEP STIRRING FOR FEW MIN AND THEN ADD TOMATO PURE, ONION PASTE, GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND GREEN CHILLY,GARAM MASALA, CHILLY POWDER, AND TURMERMIC POWDER, KEEP TILL THE RAW SMELL DISAPPEARS.

ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER STIR WELL AND THEN ADD BUTTER, CHICKEN STIR WELL AND ADD MILK CREAM.

FOR GARISH JUST ADD LITTLE CREAM ON TOP.
