Carrot Payasam
Carrot Payasam ingredients:2 Fresh carrots 2 cup Milk 1 tin Milk Maid 1 1/2 tbs cardamon pwdr 1 cup water 2 tbs ghee cashew nuts n raisins
Carrot payasam or carrot kheer preparation:Clean the carrots and pressure cook or boil them in water.
Let the carrots cool and grind them into paste form in a mixer.
Next boil milk and add 1 cup water( can use the water used for boiling carrots)and cardoman pwdr.
Keep on stirring.
When the milks starts boiling add the carrot paste into the milk.
Boil them for 2 min.
Then add milk maid and low the flame(keep stirring).
Mean while, in a pan melt ghee and fry the raisins and cashews.
After that add these into the carrot payasam.
And your delicious carrot payasam is ready.
