Cabbage fry

Cabbage fry ingredients:

1. Cabbage - 1/2 kg
2. Coconut grating - 1/2 cup
3. Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
4. Green chilli - 2 or to taste
5. Termaric powder - a pinch


Cabbage fry preparation:

Heat the pan, add oil, mustard seeds.

After crackling add the green chilli.

Fry lightly. Now add grated Cabbage.

Add some turmeric powder.

Now Pour some water and close the lid.

Remove the lid and check whether the cabbage has boiled well.

Finally add coconut and keep for 2mins and serve hot.
