Boondi Vegetable Recipe:Boondi 100 gm 3 Medium Onion Garlic Chopped Ginger Cinnamom Powder 2 Tomato 1 Table spoon Vegetable Oil Pepper Red Chilly Powder Cardamom Cumin Seeds Cassia Cardamom Salt Fresh Mint Leaves to Garnish
Boondi Vegetable Preparation:In a heavy bottomed pan pour vegetable oil.
Add cumin seeds, chopped onion, garlic, ginger and cassia.
Let them fry for two minute.
Make a paste of all spices.
Mix well and fry till it leaves oil.
Add tomato salt and let fry.
Add boondi and cover the pan for 5 minutes on low heat.
Garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve hot with paratha.
