Ama vadai
Ama vadai ingredients:1 cup channa dal 2 green chillies or to taste 1 onion, finely chopped few corriander leaves few curry leaves, roughly chopped few mint leaves, roughly chopped oil for deep fry
Aama vadai preparation:Soak channa dal for 2-3 hours.
Drain water and grind the dal without water.
Chop the onions,corriander leaves,curry leaves,mint and green chillies finely and add to the ground dal.
Add salt to taste and make round balls flatten and fry in a pan with heated oil.
Serve warm with green chutney.
